Coverage

Built for homes, offices, and campus-scale sites.

Primary coverage is Suffolk County, Nassau County, and New York City. Work also runs statewide when the scope requires it.

Suffolk County

  • Homes and estates with cameras, alarm, and access control.
  • Offices and mixed-use sites needing clean cable plants.
  • Commercial properties that need documented handoff.

Nassau County

  • Residential upgrades where existing systems stay in service.
  • Business suites with structured cabling and Wi-Fi upgrades.
  • Facilities that need scopes aligned before install day.

New York City

  • Offices and schools with security and network requirements.
  • Commercial spaces where scope control prevents rework.
  • Sites that need labeled installs and records for handoff.

How we work

Site visit to documented handoff.

The sequence does not change by borough or county: scope first, install second, records at handoff.

  1. Step 01

    Site visit

We walk the property with facilities or ownership, confirm exact coverage goals, and mark cable routes, rack locations, power dependencies, and any access constraints that can affect installation sequencing.

  2. Step 02

    Written scope

You receive a scoped-in-writing plan before work starts: system list, room-by-room locations, pathway notes, and scope boundaries so budget approvals, scheduling, and vendor coordination are based on one document.

  3. Step 03

    Labeled install

Runs are pulled, terminated, tested, and labeled at both ends. Devices are commissioned against the approved scope so expansions, troubleshooting, and service calls can begin from clear field records.

  4. Step 04

    Documented handoff

Handoff includes the final device list, labeling references, and operating notes. Your team receives what it needs to maintain, expand, and service the system without guessing what was installed.
