Scope

How this system is scoped.

  1. Site review

We walk the property and confirm what needs to be covered: entrances, perimeter, interior spaces, and the panels or recorders that will run the system.

  2. Written scope

The written scope lists every camera, sensor, reader, and door by location, with the cable path that carries it back to the head end. Nothing is pulled until the scope is approved.

  3. Install and handover

Every device is tested before we leave, and you receive labeled drawings and a device list so the system can be maintained without us.

24/7 monitoring

Watched around the clock.

Video and alarm monitoring through Honeywell and ADT, on new and existing systems. When a camera, recorder, or alarm panel needs attention, someone is already looking.

How we work

Scoped in writing. Installed to spec. Handed over documented.

  1. Step 01

    Submit the project

Select the services, describe the property, and attach plans or photos. If the scope is not yet defined, choose a consultation.

  2. Step 02

    Site review and design

We walk the property, confirm device counts and cable paths, and return a written scope. Nothing is pulled until the scope is approved.

  3. Step 03

    Installation

Runs are pulled, dressed, terminated, and labeled. Every device is tested before we leave the site.

  4. Step 04

    Handover

Labeled drawings, a device list, and a walkthrough with your team. The system is documented so it can be maintained without us.
