AI disclosure

Last updated

Where artificial intelligence is used on this site and where it is not: the images are generated renders, the facts are not, and a person reads every project request.

The short version

Everything else on this page is the detail behind that, and the list of places where AI plays no part at all: not in the facts we state, not in reading your request, and not in deciding anything about you.

The images

We are a young brand with 25 years of work behind us and very little of it photographed properly. Rather than buy stock photographs of somebody else’s racks, or imply that a stock image is our work, we commissioned a consistent set of renders: a patch panel, a camera on a soffit, fiber connectors in a cassette, a keypad, an equipment rack. They are accurate to the kind of installation we do, and they are deliberately generic. There are no people in them and no real premises.

What that means for you when you read this site:

  • Do not treat an image as a picture of a job we did, because it is not one.
  • Do not treat an image as a promise about what your installation will look like. What gets installed is whatever is written in your scope of work.
  • Equipment shown in a render is illustrative, not a statement that we supply that exact model.

When we have photographs of real completed jobs, with the property owner’s permission, they will replace the renders and we will say plainly which images are photographs. This page will be updated at the same time.

The looping motion behind the home headline is an abstract generated plate, not footage of an Electrontechs job. Under reduced motion, or before the video loads, you see a still frame from the same plate.

Two things on the site are not generated: our own mark and wordmark, which were drawn for us, and the manufacturer logos, which are each brand’s real trademark, used to say what we install.

The words

Some of the copy on this site was drafted with the help of AI writing tools and then edited by us. That is a drafting method, not a source of facts.

Every factual claim on this site comes from company records and is checked by a person before it is published: the license number and the authority that issued it, the years in business, the area we serve, the brands we install and our dealer status with them, the monitoring partners, and the project we describe. Where we do not have a fact, the site leaves it out rather than filling the gap. That is why you will not find response times, customer counts, or satisfaction percentages anywhere here.

What happens to your request

  • A person reads it. Project requests go to our team. There is no AI triage, no automated scoring, and no automated decision about your enquiry, your project, or what you might be charged.
  • It is not used to train AI models. We do not feed your request, your notes, or your uploaded plans into public AI tools, and we do not let anyone else use them for training.
  • It is not profiled. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not enrich your details with information bought from anywhere else.

The privacy policy covers what we do with your request, who else can see it, and how to have it deleted.

There is no chatbot

This site has no chat widget and no AI assistant. If you call the number on this site, or receive a call, a text, or an email from us about your project, you are dealing with a person. If that ever changes, anything automated will say so before you start talking to it.

Reviews and testimonials

This site publishes no customer reviews, testimonials, star ratings, or endorsements at all. Nothing here is a quote from a customer. If we ever publish them, they will come from named, real customers who agreed to it, they will never be written or embellished by AI, and we will not offer anything in exchange for a positive one.

If this changes

If we add anything that uses AI in a way that touches you, such as an assistant that answers questions or a tool that helps prepare estimates, we will update this page before it goes live, say what it does, and say what it cannot decide on its own. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
