Pricing

Priced from
the scope.

Site review and the written scope are priced into the project cost, and that cost depends heavily on location. There is no rate card: every project gets a written scope before anything is pulled, and coverage plans keep the system serviced after the install.

Coverage plans

Coverage after the install.

A plan is priced per system, on device count and site, and appears as its own line in your written scope. Plans renew yearly.

  • Care

    Homes and small offices.

    • One preventive visit a year: batteries, firmware and security updates, camera cleaning and re-aiming, recording and retention check.
    • Refreshed labeled documentation after each visit.
    • Member labor rate on repairs.
    • Standard scheduling.
  • Priority Care

Businesses where a camera or door being down is a problem.

    • Everything in Care, with two preventive visits a year.
    • Remote health monitoring: we are alerted when a camera or recorder goes offline or storage runs short.
    • Priority scheduling included, no fee.
    • Labor included on covered repairs; parts at cost.
    • An annual report of what was checked, found, and fixed.
  • Priority Care+

Sites on cloud video, access control, or managed networks, and properties with more than one building.

    • Everything in Priority Care.
    • Cloud licenses for video, access control, and network management included.
    • Unlimited remote support.
    • Spares on hand for critical devices so a failure is swapped, not ordered.
    • Quarterly remote review of the system.

Most homes and small offices need Care. We will say so when a higher tier is not worth it for your system.

An installed system needs a little attention every year: batteries in panels and backup supplies age out, cameras and recorders need firmware and security updates, lenses drift and fog, and storage quietly fills until retention is shorter than you think. A coverage plan puts that on our calendar instead of yours.

Scheduling

Standard or priority.

  • Standard

Standard scheduling is the next available visit, with no scheduling fee.

  • Priority

Priority scheduling is for when the calendar is full and the problem cannot wait: the next business day, for a priority fee we quote before we book anything. It is included with Priority Care and Priority Care+.

  • Our word

If a standard slot is open sooner, we tell you, and there is no fee.
