The challenge
Fire department stations across Long Island and New York City, including Miller Place Fire Department and Brooklyn, needed systems that stay up while the building is in constant use.
Stations never close. Work had to be scheduled around active crews and apparatus, with nothing left unfinished at the end of a visit.
Our strategy
We scoped each station in writing, then installed and tested in stages so a station was never without working systems.
The same labeling and documentation standard was applied at every station, so a department with several buildings has one consistent system to maintain.
